    1. Hi Abigail! I’m not too familiar with Lubbock, but I see there isn’t an Albertsons there (?). Have you tried Walmart or Sprouts?

  1. Lisa, I just saw your post about the red chile pellets. I have been trying to locate these, too. My daughter’s mother-in-law sometimes can find them at her farmer’s market in Las Cruces, NM, but not very often. They seem like the perfect solution to the time-consuming process of making the red chile sauce from scratch. Do you have any other ideas about where to find them?

    Also a librarian! Don’t we rule?

    1. I’ve been meaning to go to the LC farmers market. Hopefully they’re there! I’ll let you know if I ever find them again. Yes, we do rule indeed! 😉
